ID AND DURATION:
TÁMOP-5.3.1-C-09/2-2010-0001 | 2010.10.01.–2012.05.31.
The Győr-Moson-Sopron County Social Association and the Czinka Panna Roma Cultural Association have implemented this program with the aim of improving the social inclusion of HR, therefore the employability and the independent living for 60 disadvantaged, inactive persons, living in the Györ micro-region, who were without work experience or unemployed for at least 5 years and had a low level of education or outdated qualifications. The goal was to eliminate social exclusion among the disadvantaged and to create self-employment opportunities.
The direct target group of the program was 60 people living in the micro-region who were permanently unemployed for at least 5 years and had a low level of education or outdated, non-marketable qualifications. During the vocational development modules, training was also provided where the participants could learn the job search techniques and they could take part in personalised job search counseling.
In addition to the supplementary trainings (competency development, learning technology training), 30, mostly Roma men could finish an OKJ heavy machine training course, while 30, mostly Roma women received health assistant training.
The consortium partners paid great attention to keeping the target group in the program, so incentives were already included in the application. One was financial support during the training and the other was that the successful candidates had the opportunity to obtain a free B-license. The incentives have helped the program with a great success.
The results: From the 60 people involved, 60 people successfully passed
