This Project was jointly implemented by the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Social Association and the Czinka Panna Roma Cultural Association too. The leading idea was that helping Roma integration is only possible by locating local problems and providing local responses and programs to them. The two applicant organizations have found the Roma NGOs as the most important instrument for this project. The development of these organizations is a priority. The direct target group of the program was the formal and informal Roma civil organizations working in the micro-regions, and the Roma people living here. During the professional development modules, workshops were carried out that enabled the 36 involved organizations to induce and implement quality, professionally-funded projects (resource building, event organization, project management, communication and organization development workshops). In order to ensure successful operation and long-term sustainability, four micro-regional coordination offices (Pécs, Tatabánya, Vasvár and Győr) were established, whose work was coordinated by a central office in Győr. The project has contributed to increase the number of civil society organizations and helped the involved organizations that are responding to specific needs and specific problems in the region, to deliver effective services in the future or to carry out professional programs.

Results: Out of 90 activists of 36 involved NGOs, 90 people successfully completed the training. The network was established through 108 cooperation agreements.
