On August 8, 2009, we organized the first Roma day of Sikátor together with the settlement’s Gypsy minority self-government.

The event was a huge success, as about 300 people came to represent the Gypsy population of the Bakonyalja settlements (Lázi, Bakonyszentlászló, Veszprémvarsány, Bakonyszombathely).
