On 12 December 2008, we held our traditional culture event at the Bartók Béla County Cultural Center in Győr. The speciality of the IV. Czinka Panna Roma Culture Event was not only due to the high-quality program of the performers, but also by the fact that for the first time the leadership of Győr was represented at the event at a high level.

The event was opened by Dr. Imre Szakács, Chairman of Győr-Moson-Sopron County Government, Dr. Rudolf Ottófi, Deputy Mayor of Győr, Attila Horváth, Chairman of Győr-Moson-Sopron County Minority Self-Government, and Piroska Bogdán, Chairwoman of the Czinka Panna Roma Cultural Association.

In addition to the talented local Gypsy youth, the Romano Glaso Band, and the Khamoro Band performed. After the cultural program, the children were given Santa Claus gifts. About 300 people attended at the event.
