The third County Cultural Evening of the Czinka Panna Roma Cultural Association was held on July 21, 2007, titled as the III. Czinka Panna Roma Culture Evening.
The venue of the two-hour (16:00-18:00) cultural event was the Bartók Béla County Cultural Center in Győr. The event was attended by 450 people and was opened by Dr. Imre Szakács, President of Győr-Moson-Sopron County Council.
The program began with the Hungarian Anthem and the Gypsy Anthem, the latter performed by János Kozák, a Gypsy performer. This program consisted of 3 parts: in the first part, amateur artists from the county were introduced, in the second part, talents from the county and Transdanubia, who had a longer history, were presented, and finally, an already successful star guest, showed the results of hard work.
Besides the financial support of the Association, the event was supported by the Győr-Moson-Sopron County Council and the Roma Minority Municipality of Győr. The organizers sought to represent all three cultural groups in as many arts as possible (poetry, folk dance, authentic and modern music, etc.). Among the performers were the Győr Arancsillagok Band and the Rom Po Drom Gypsy Dance Ensemble. One of the most famous performers was Antal Pusztai, an internationally renowned Gypsy guitarist from Győr. His repertoire includes the entire Roma music world from Spanish to Balkan Gypsy music. Another well-known group, the Szomnákune Cserhaja Dance Ensemble, also performed, a dance ensemble from Tatabánya, which had been operating for two years and has 19 members, who have also performed at the Győr Dance Art Biennial, having great success with non-Roma audiences as well. As a guest star, the internationally renowned Ando Drom Gypsy folk band from Budapest performed.
